Add essay prompt to myView

Current functionality only supports myPerspectives with EssayPrompt, would like myView to be able to use this function as well to create custom writing prompt

Multiple contributors to a playlist

It would be extremely helpful if multiple teachers could contribute to a shared playlist as it would allow true collaboration, not one teacher owning everything in the playlist.

Create a Playlist for Admin Accounts

Administrators or instructional coaches may create playlists and share out with staff to save teachers valuable time.

Edit a customized assessment/assignment and save all versions

Teachers would like to be able to be able to edit a customized version and save all versions, not just override the original customized version.

Make it possible to make a copy of an already customized copy test/assignment
