Multiple contributors to a playlist

It would be extremely helpful if multiple teachers could contribute to a shared playlist as it would allow true collaboration, not one teacher owning everything in the playlist.

Instead of individual playlists to store custom made assessments, teachers should be able to have shared playlists where multiple people can add their custom made assessments so that they can be shared across grade-level teams.

When I create a play list to share with teammates, I am the only one who can edit or add to it. Makes for a lot of work for one teacher.
