ASL captions/pop-up in Realize

From the perspective of the hearing impaired, if a student is raised using ASL, they commonly have difficulty learning and comprehending text written in English. Having a window pop-up that has a sign language interpreter signing as the text is read and/or highlighted would be beneficial.
