Locked Mode option when teachers assign a task to students. Merged

Allow teachers to lock student's technology when they are working on something. This prevents them from cheating and keeps them on-task.

Too many students don't do the assignment because they are playing games, etc. and then quickly close out the screen before the teacher can notice it.
