Ability to change/override the assigned student level within SM (by either the IP process in SM or Momentum) without having to create a new course

Ability for administrators/teachers to set/change the SM student level for a student that is assigned to the default course by overriding the level assigned either by the SM IP process or via Momentum Math. This would be for the following scenario...

Math tools during online assessments

Allow students to draw on the online assessment, especially for Topic 6 online assessment. Other tools such as a notepad can be beneficial or any other math tool that is allowed on any standardized state testing.

Reset momentum assessments

We need to be able to reset a students momentum benchmark assessments. If we feel a student went too fast, used resources not allowed, etc., we should have the ability to reset their score and have them retake the assessment.

In Metamorphosis, the questions to stop and reflect on are all skilled based and not engaging for students to understand the text, think beyond what the text says and make the content applicable.

Stop Resubmissions when syncing to google classroom!

Every time an assignment is graded and synced to Google Classroom, every single past submission is resubmitted! This is unnecessary and a nuisance, only new/modified grades should be exported when sync is conducted.
