Assign both English and Spanish at same time

In a classroom with newcomers, we need to be able to assign both English and Spanish. In a combo class with the same situation, I have to assign lesson activities 4 times! I have grades 4 and 5, with 8 newcomers. So, for one lesson, I have to assign English and Spanish in both 4th and 5th grade!
