Notify the kids if they haven't answered a question (or part of a question) and not allow submission. (on both assessments and quick checks)

Allow teachers to add details to assignment names IN BULK when assigning from a playlist.

When Changing Student Profile to Spanish Automatically assign and show Spanish content only
