Pause Feature Needed for Access to Assessments and Quizzes

Teacher needs to be able to pause a test so that students can't access the test when they're not in class. For students who need more time or were absent the day of testing should be able to access the test to finish but not be able to access it after class, at home. The start and stop time only lets the teacher know the test was accessed before or after set times, but does not block access to the test.
