answer keys for online assessments & changing points

On all the online assessments, there are no answer keys for the written responses (typically questions #14). I found the printed answer key, but they just do not include possible responses for the written questions. Also, there is no way to change the point values on the questions. A written response should be worth more than 1 point like the other questions.
