    Add more options for video playback speed

    The video playback speed (if you want to play slower) goes from 1.0 to 0.5 - it's a dramatic difference and is too slow. Teachers need a middle speed of 0.75.

    Please add all of the vocabulary terms listed in the topics to the glossary.

    It would be useful to add all of the vocabulary words to the glossary. If a student doesn't know what "definite" means but it is a vocabulary word, it would be much easier for them to go to the glossary provided than having to get out a dictionary...
