Add more options for video playback speed

The video playback speed (if you want to play slower) goes from 1.0 to 0.5 - it's a dramatic difference and is too slow. Teachers need a middle speed of 0.75.

    myPerspectives videos only have .5x speed for some videos. .75x and .9x would be better speeds for videos for high school ML students to comprehend the text well. .5x is too slow but is the only option and makes the students feel like they are being treated like elementary students.
