Global Playlist

Make a playlist sharable at the district level so each individual teacher would not need to be added. Example: Science Coordinator wanting to share playlist for entire district.

Edit order of Playlist

Allow users to "edit" reorder the Playlist. You enhanced this for the individual saved Playlist. However it would make it easier to find and access our individual playlists by the sequence that the topics are taught by each individual teacher.
