Rather than having to create custom questions in a test bank first, I'd like to be able to add new custom questions directly within an assessment.

Combine Teacher created and test bank questions on test

Allow teachers to add teacher-created questions AND test bank questions on an assessment. Currently you cannot combine the two on a customized assessment.
