Allow teachers to hide the Teacher Resource Panel and for it to remain hidden.

The TRP is great! However, it interferes with content on the screen. It can be hidden, but each time the teacher clicks a new slide, it pops out again. It would be great for it be clicked "closed" by a teacher and to not "reopen" until clicked by a teacher. It is frustrating to have to close it each time a teacher navigates to a new slide.

    Hi @Guest We considering taking this work up and I wanted to run this by you for feedback.

    We are thinking that the panel should be open initially and each time the slide sorter view is accessed and if it is closed, then stay closed while navigating that instance.

    This also means that if slide sorter view is exited, then accessed again for the same lesson, it would open again until intentionally closed.

    Do you see any concerns with this implementation?
