Allow fullscreen option for visual learning bridge/video Merged

Using a Boxlight, or even projecting to a Boxlight from a laptop, the Visual Learning Bridge Video is "squashed" into a frame that isn't large enough to see the play/pause bar and the video without scrolling. There is a large portion of the screen at the top that isn't used at all to show the video. It was slightly better last year, but this year it is not user friendly at all.
