Joint Playlists

Instead of individual playlists to store custom made assessments, teachers should be able to have shared playlists where multiple people can add their custom made assessments so that they can be shared across grade-level teams.

    It would be nice if it were like google drive where we could share playlists and docs within folders "view only" "edit" or "comment only".
