Scrolling play button Merged

Have the audio/play button move with the text as you scroll down. If you are listening to the audio, but want to stop and analyze a paragraph, you have to scroll up to pause, scroll back down to annotate, and then scroll back up to begin playing again. It would be so much easier if it moved with the text as you scrolled.
