Translation into Spanish Changed the Question Entirely

In grade 5, Topic 4, there seems to be a big difference between the end of topic assessment in English and Spanish. In the English version, question 5 is asking them to multiply 5.8 pounds of tomatoes by $1.30 per pound. This makes sense based on this content taught in this topic. However, in the Spanish version of this test, it is asking them to do a conversion first before multiplying (amount given in ounces and then they have to convert to pounds by diving by 16, before multiplying by the price per pound). This seems like a different skill than what the English version is assessing.
