Randomized tests keep reading selections in order

For tests with text selections, the selections must stay in order in order for the test to be manageable to students and for the test to mirror standardized tests (but the questions that attach to each selection should be randomized). With the current randomization, a student might have to answer question 1 on selection 1, question 2 on selection 3, question 3 on selection 1 etc. This means that we cannot use the randomization feature as it is currently configured.
