Create whole lessons for the GA lesson additions

The GA lessons are necessary to hit GA standards but the TE doesn't include any info on how to teach them. The student workbooks that have the GA lessons are great but the solve and share is not online or in the TE to display on the board. There isn't an visual learning bridge for these lessons either and they feel like short little add ons instead of full complete lessons.
