Make SavvyWriter Organizer in Plan Section Align with Grade Level Argument Standard

The organizer in the plan section of the SavvyWriter Argument assignment needs to be adjusted to align with grade level standards. It currently is the same organizer for 6-8. The sixth grade standard does not call for students to rebut a counterclaim and in 7th grade, the standard requires students to acknowledge a counterclaim. It is not until 8th grade that the standard asks students to rebut a counterclaim.
