Remove/Disable the 'try again' option and limit the number of answer attempts

It would be nice to remove the option 'try again' after they finish an assignment, so students cannot have multiple attempts on one assignment. In addition, teachers should be able to limit the number of attempts to answer each question. Some allow 3 tries, so when there's only 4 options, it's hard to know how many answers they selected before they got it correct or if it was just a lucky guess ruling the others out after multiple answer checks.
