Teachers should automatically receive emails about new manually created accounts in Savvas EasyBridge.

Once the manual account is created by an admin (not by invite), an auto-generated email should follow. Just like when an admin account is created, the teacher should receive an email with the credentials. The process should work the same for ALL manually created accounts--admin, teachers, and student accounts.
