Being able to log in as a teacher or student to troubleshoot issues

With several products that my district uses, they have the ability to open a portal to where I as the administrator for the program can log in and troubleshoot problems that they may be having without the need to ask for passwords compromising user access security. This allows me to do more troubleshooting on my end without the need to go through forums or contacting support and tying up their time on something that is simple.
