Adding Option for Student Redo/Editing Realize Assignments Merged

Right now teachers can return student assessments for them to redo and resubmit, but that is not an option for assignments. Considering many students on IEPs have an accommodation that states they can redo/resubmit assessments AND assignments, it would be ideal to have both be an option in Realize.
