Allow manual override of Savvas Quiz/Test scores on individual questions. Merged

Tests/quizzes are automatically scored by Savvas with no ability to 'override' or adjust the scores for partial credit. I would like the ability to override the score so that when Savvas automatically links to Google Classroom and/or our gradebook program, the adjusted score is synced.
