Make Multi-Part Assignments Optional Merged

Being able to assign multiple assignments where they're located in one place (multiple tabs) and it automatically averages the scores saves time for the teachers. I believe this should be an option in the settings. Making it optional will benefit all teachers because they can customize their assignments to better fit their goals. If student confusion is an issue, then a training video for students/teachers may need to be created.
