Option to Add questions to videos

Make it optional to be able to add interactive questions either throughout or at the end of videos as a check for understanding since it is posted as an assignment.

    Similar to EdPuzzle. Otherwise there is no way to know if a student has watched and understands the content of the videos without creating another assessment tool. Even if there aren't pre-loaded questions, at least allow a teacher to edit and add their own questions.
