allow continuation of work or reassignment of work once turned in Merged

making a way for students to take quizzes multiple times or having multiple tries before a final grade is assigned. Allowing students to continually work on assignments even after turned in. Allowing teachers to have students review their work.

    Please allow teachers to be able to re-open the assignment. I have had kids accidentally turn something in when they are not done and they have to re-do the entire assignment because it cannot be re-opened.
