Make tests and quizzes lockable Merged

I still use Google Forms for tests and quizzes because I can lock them (prevent students from opening other tabs during the assessment) to prevent cheating. Please add this feature to SAVVAS so I don't have to re-create all of my assessments in Google Forms!
