Hide assessment scores Merged

In online test settings there is a toggle that allows teachers to deny access to the test questions but they can see their test score and which questions they got correct. Add a setting to allow teachers to hide all test results until unhidden. The teacher may want to keep all score and answer information hidden until all students have taken the test and then open testing scores. This can help prevent cheating.
