Showing Test Grade upon completion is controlled by teacher

When a student finishes a digital assessment it automatically shows them their grade. This is not appropriate or advisable for some students and dilutes any attempt to give meaningful feedback. This feature could easily be turned into a toggled feature controlled by the teacher.
