turn off the read-aloud option for assessments

Teachers don't want the read aloud for every question, it becomes distracting with kids playing it at different intervals with no way to turn it off. They would like the ability to turn it off wherever possible.

Students often rush through Practice Buddy because they figure out that they will get a 100% no matter what. If teachers have the option of switching to accuracy based grading, it will motivate students to focus on accuracy and not just completion.
