PINNED Grade handwritten student work online
Teachers would like to have an AI-based tool that auto-grades student handwritten work like math homework and handwritten essays. This could be done by the student submitting photos of their work or by the teacher scanning the documents.

Viewing all XL problems at one time (Bank)

It would be nice to see the XL problems all at once without having to click on each one individually. That would help when we are customizing assignments.

View all grades for all students and assignments (virtual gradebook)

Teachers should be able to view all grades for all students for all assignments just as we do in our gradebooks.

Additional Due Date

Can we get a current due date and a late due date? I expect students to finish assignments that day as homework, but I don't want to close the assignment until the test date. If they see the test date, they won't do the assignment and wrongly assu...

Make an option to remove / delete assignments for individual students and for an entire class.

I can hide an assignment, but you can only hide it for an entire class. For students that are excused from an assignment, it is confusing for them to still see it appear when they login to Savvas.

Add online versions of the B versions of topic assessments

currently only A is available to assign online (B versions are printable). The B tests is often at a level many students will benefit from working with.

Locking tests/assignments

This is the first program that I have used that you cannot lock assignments and tests for students. I know I can assign a test for a specific day and time, but students can still log in at home (if absent) and take the test. This happened recently...

Grade by question

Grading anything in Savvas takes awhile because you are required to click on each individual kid and stroll through the entire assignment. I want to be able to grade by each question at a time and not scroll through the entire assignment.

Reduce the number of "Turn In" or "Submit" bottoms.

Students have to click a minimum of three times to turn in assignments and it's a miracle if they get it turned in correctly while pressing all the right things. Just make ONE turn in button for the entire assignment/playlist.

Search test questions based on the topic in the book

When I build a test, I want to be able to search all the test questions from one particular topic in the book. It would be very helpful in creating strong assessments for my students.

Add page numbers to the etext

The students can follow along with the etext or the regular textbook better if both had matching pages.
