Group all playlists into folders or into one section for ease of sharing

Teacher is requesting to have an option to group all playlists into one in order to then share with multiple people.

Allow scrolling on open-ended questions when scoring

When scoring student submissions, long responses have a scroll bar that is grayed out and inoperable. Allow scrolling down to view the entirety of the students' responses. This occurs in the Chrome browser.
