Allow teachers to add details to assignment names IN BULK when assigning from a playlist.

When you load a playlist and check off, for instance, 10 tasks to be completed, there needs to be an opportunity when assigning them to add something to the start of each task name. I like to add the date to the task name as this helps my students...
