Add Applicable Hook and Inspire and Listenwise Selections to Digital Content Menu for Each Unit

This makes it easier to find everything in one place

Please reprogram so that the visual learning videos can present in full screen.

Right now I have to toggle the visual learning video up and down and its difficult to see the the question and then scroll down to see the bottom part.
