Added White Space

Add an option for printables with added white space. This meets an accommodation my special ed. students have frequently.

Make all worksheets/printables compatible with Google Docs

Most are, but some aren't. The ones that end in *.doc often don't open properly with Google docs. The formatting is all off or sometimes much of the information is missing.

MyPerspectives Powerpoints as Google Slides Versions as well
