Sample lab data for all labs in science courses

It would be useful for planning/checking results to have sample lab data for all labs. This would also allow teachers to create extension questions for students to compare the data to a standard, but also the ability to create a "dry lab" for absent students or add the lab analysis/ideas as an additonal assignment if time/material resources don't permit a full lab. Also could be added to course lectures, et al.
