A school district is in need of student data from year-to-year (within the program; not just print outs) to prove use. This proof is needed to defend their centers-based structure when being audited. Currently, they cannot look back at one individual students' data within SuccessMaker to prove they implemented the program. The district does not believe that they should rely on each of their 100+ educators to print off the pdf version of the students performance report as a recommended mode of data collection.
