Allow access to student progress graph with primary & secondary goals from admin accounts Merged

Currently the student progress graph can only be veiwed from a teacher account. Admin account holders such as school psychologists, principals, and their designees need to view these reports to make instructional and placement decisions.

    Thanks for submitting this idea! We have received similar requests from other customers and completely agree that the individual student progress graph is useful for both teacher and admin users, especially for the building-wide staff roles that you mentioned.
