Ability to change/override the assigned student level within SM (by either the IP process in SM or Momentum) without having to create a new course

Ability for administrators/teachers to set/change the SM student level for a student that is assigned to the default course by overriding the level assigned either by the SM IP process or via Momentum Math. This would be for the following scenarios.

  1. Student is in the IP process within SuccessMaker and the teacher would like to simply assign the beginning level for the student without them having to finish the IP process. The ability to disable the IP setting in the default course to IP Off isn't a current option for them and they don't want to have to copy the default course and change the setting to IP off and then assign the specific students to the new course.

  2. Student has been placed into SuccessMaker via Momentum Math, but the teacher disagrees with the level that was assigned and wants to manually change it to a higher or lower level.
