Allow Assignments page to be filtered by Class (Group) and Session Dates

I want to give students a weekly grade for effort/progress. I currently have 60 students in 4 different classes. On the Assignments page in S.M., all 60 of them appear, and only the Last Session is included. In order to see what they did in a week, I must open each student, select the 5 Session Dates for the week, and apply the filter. But my grading system is broken into periods, so I have to search for each student among the 60. I can't even sort by last name. The top of the page should have a "Filter By [Group]" drop-down, and a filter to "Include Sessions From [Date] To [Date]". A Last Name field would make it perfect.

    Hi James,

I was going to suggest that the Teacher Session History Report might be the best place to get this information, but you took the words right out of my mouth!

We will take down this request as a future feature enhancement to consider, but it will unfortunately remain low priority as this functionality is available elsewhere in SuccessMaker.

Your suggestion to add more about this report to the "Assessments and Reporting" section of the help page is excellent and we will absolutely take a look at incorporating that info.

    Thanks again for your feedback,

I discovered that there is a Report that accomplishes what I need. I still think we should have additional options on the Assignments page. On a side note, since the Report exists, the Tutorial page for S.M. should include that information under the "Assessments and Reporting" section.
