Eliminate Repeated Math Questions

I have complaints DAILY that questions are being repeated and using the same exact numbers on the math portion. They have sent screen shots that the system is actually pulling the same question over and over again. Have sent tickets into product/development. We are unable to recreate the repetition of questions when we impersonate and the answer to the ticket is that the product is working as intended. I submit that no question ever repeats. That different numbers, scenarios and tutorials are given to students.


This is a gadgets fix, not a platform fix. Content randomization is a likely issue.

ProdTech met with Gadgets, Gadgets team has sized the effort.

    I have had another district complain and open a ticket about the question being repeated 5-6 times. They opened a tech ticket and were told the system is operating as designed. They are very frustrated.
