Allow students to customize date range for calculating number of minutes completed

Students are required to complete one hour a week of SuccessMaker. However, my students are allowed to work on it through the end of the quarter (as make-up work/grade). For instance, they complete one hour a week but need seven hours total for the quarter. When they are trying to make up their time, they constantly have to ask for me to find out how much time they have completed since their screen only shows the current week.
