Fix Successmaker so it will go below 2 and 1/2 grade levels when students IP

When we did our training for SuccessMaker we were told it would IP students no lower than 2 and 1/2 grade levels. There needs to be an option for all teachers using SuccessMaker so that the Administrator can have a toggle button that will remove this feature so that SuccessMaker will IP at the students acutual grade level. We noticed that many of our students who IPed at the 2 1/2 grade levels below their actual grade level made very little progress. From this knowledge and looking at their reports we realized that these students could not do the work that was 2 1/2 grade levels below their grade level. If SuccessMaker would IP to the actual grade level it would help the student because he/she would be working at their actual ability - then the program could move them forward in their learning. This would also help teachers to actually tell the parents the truth about the grade level of work their child was actually performing at and not just 2 1/2 grades below. Many of my students this year were well below the 2 1/2 grade level mark, but because SuccessMaker would go no lower than 2 1/2 grade levels below I had not proof. Please fix this and it would help all teachers, students, and parents in knowing their actual performance level of their child. While also helping the students to actually work at whatever grade level they need to be working on.
