I teach Math Intervention. It is my job to fill the gaps in student understanding. Because of this, I work across standards from k-5. I would like to be able to create a custom course that includes standards across multiple grade levels.
For example, there are money standards in K, 1, and 2. For students who are still struggling to identify and count money, I would like to be able to assign them a SuccessMaker course that will target all three grade levels' standards for money. Currently, I would need to assign them three separate courses instead of assigning the progression across the three grade levels.
Hi Elizabeth, this is a great idea. As a former classroom teacher, I completely understand the reality that students have uneven proficiency levels and might need to practice certain skills at a level several grades above/below their current grade level. I will add this to our backlog for future prioritization. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will be developed against other competing priorities. We do sincerely appreciate your thoughtful feedback!
