Allow students to type in numbers using the computer keyboard

Currently, students are required to enter numbers into SuccessMaker using the on-screen keypad. Students are used to being able to type numbers in on most other programs or platforms they use, including the other digital resources available through Savvas. Letting students use their computers' keyboards instead of restricting them to the on-screen keypad would save them some frustration and would align better with other programs.

Hi Jared,

SuccessMaker Math currently does support keyboard use. Please see the "Keypad Activities" section of the following help page - https://help.learningservicestechnology.com/successmaker/en/announcements/Content/Guides/Courseware_Reference/Math_Reference/Hands_On/math_tools.htm.
If your students are still unable to use the keyboard to enter answers in SM Math, please submit a tech support ticket https://support.savvas.com/support/s/technical-support-troubleshooting
