I assigned a quiz for my students this week in Canvas and made the Canvas setting say 2 attempts allowed. However, it is not letting the students do a second attempt. I went into Savvas to try to edit the quiz, but it is not giving me the option to change the # of attempts. I know I can click on each student's name and return the assignment, but it isn't efficient. In that scenario, the student has to email me to tell me they even want to retry it. Then I have to manually go in there and reassign it instead of it just being an automatic 2 attempts for all students. Is there a way for Envision to allow multiple attempts on quizzes? Canvas is set up this way, so it would be nice for Envision to work that way and be cohesive.
Access Controls on the Pearson MyLab and Mastering platforms automatically allow for multiple attempts for quizzes and tests. This is a feature that teachers are requesting to be available on the Realize platform.
Manual reset is not efficient for managing 17 students, let alone the 170 I have enrolled in Algebra 2.
