allow teachers to save the highest score on auto graded assignments when offering re-takes

When students do a SAVVAS assignment, the LMS auto grades it. If students go back and redo the assignment for practice, the LMS regrades it and changes the grade to the most recent attempt, even if the new score is lower. allow teachers to save the highest score on auto graded assignments when offering re-takes
